Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our XR / VR Developments team as a VR Demonstration and Administration Specialist. This is a high-visibility role involving frequent travel to showcase cutting-edge VR modules to doctors, surgeons, and medical professionals worldwide. The role combines marketing-oriented VR demonstrations with administrative responsibilities, including asset management and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
VR Demonstration and Marketing
- Conduct engaging demonstrations of VR modules at conferences, workshops, and events.
- Articulate the value of VR simulations in enhancing medical training and procedural understanding.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize and execute campaigns for VR projects.
- Gather feedback from demonstrations to refine VR modules and identify new opportunities.
- Act as a brand ambassador, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
Administrative and Asset Management
Maintain an inventory of VR-related assets, including headsets, accessories, and licenses.Oversee procurement of equipment / software, ensuring timely approvals and delivery.Track project timelines, ensuring milestones are met and flagging delays or challenges.Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for seamless VR project execution.Prepare reports on project progress, including resource allocation and budgets.Collaboration and Communication
Liaise with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and sales.Facilitate communication between developers and subject matter experts for accurate content creation.Represent Meril at industry events, showcasing innovation in medical VR solutions.Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare, or related fields.2+ years of experience in VR / AR, healthcare, or technology sectors.Fluent English with exceptional communication and presentation skills.Proficiency in VR / AR technology and applications.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Knowledge of procurement processes and asset management.Willingness to travel frequently.Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry.Familiarity with project management tools and software.Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.Key Competencies
