Job Role : Automotive Cybersecurity Engineer - TARA Analysis
This role involves conducting and facilitating penetration testing at the vehicle, component, and functional levels. The candidate will simulate real-world attack scenarios targeting embedded systems, automotive interfaces, wireless protocols, and connected services
Role & Responsibilities :
- Lead and moderate the creation of cybersecurity concepts, including, but not limited to, threat analysis and risk assessment, cybersecurity goal definition, and the definition of cybersecurity specifications
- Support project teams in discussions and analysis with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate project and product related cybersecurity activities with internal stakeholder like Quality Assurance, Information Security, or Compliance
- Perform post development activities like monitoring, vulnerability analysis, and incident response
- Support actively the setup and continuous improvement of an automotive cybersecurity management system
- Support engineering in identifying and applying suitable product features (cybersecurity by design)
- Support test engineering by defining suitable test methods
Skills & Qualifications :
BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalentExperience in real-time software, automotive E / E. ECU, vehicle electronics and controls, embedded systems or similar areas, and information security, penetration testing, threat modeling / analysis, or related fieldsExperience with cybersecurity management systemsExperience with aftermarket products (telematic control units, insurance dongles, or electronic tachograph) is an assetExperience with ISO SAE 21434, UNECE R 155 and 156, SAE J3061, ISO 26262, ASPICE, or CMMI is an assetJob Types : Full-time, Permanent
Ability to commute / relocate : Bengaluru, Karnataka : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
