Job Responsibilities

Drive real-time monitoring of SLAs to proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact customer experience.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams — Operations, Growth, Tech, Procurement, and Customer Experience — to ensure swift and effective problem resolution.

Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for operational challenges, defects, or customer complaints, and implement corrective and preventive actions in coordination with stakeholders.

Prepare and maintain reports on key performance metrics (KPIs) and follow up with respective teams to drive continuous improvement.

Demonstrate strong prioritization and time management skills while maintaining flexibility to adapt to dynamic business needs.

Interact with customers as required, exhibiting empathy and ownership to ensure superior service experience.

Be open to working in rotational shifts and week-offs based on business requirements.

Pre-requisites

2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the e-commerce or food startup space.

Strong people management skills with the ability to effectively coordinate across multiple teams.

Excellent analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Excel and data interpretation.

Sound troubleshooting and RCA capabilities.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Passion for food and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment.
