Role : Technical Development Resource (LabVantage LIMS)

Duration : Start ASAP through September 2026 (with possible extensions)

Location : India (remote with limited travel – expenses covered)

Conversion : Potential for permanent hire

Side Note : 90% of the work done in LabVantage is LIMS, which is a really nice-to-have skill.

Job Description :

The client is seeking strong Technical Development Resources (not functional) to support multiple workstreams within LabVantage LIMS. The selected candidate will work closely with the Systems Integrator (SI) and internal Application teams to define and roll out content for functional and delivery teams.

Responsibilities :

• Act as a counterpart to the Systems Integrator (SI) and Application Leads on the client side.
• Define, manage, and roll out technical content across functional and delivery teams.
• Oversee the technical governance of the LabVantage platform.
• Collaborate with the Systems Integrator and Application team leads to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Lead a small team (3–5 members) including SI counterparts, technical experts, and solution architects.
