Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Jalandhar for an Office & Operations Assistant .

We're looking for a proactive individual who can handle both creative and administrative tasks — not someone who just sits at a desk.

You'll help manage office operations, maintain invoice and inventory records, assist with product designs (using CorelDRAW or Photoshop), and ensure day-to-day work runs smoothly.

You'll play a key role in keeping the office organized, coordinating between departments, and taking ownership of assigned tasks with responsibility and initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize invoice files, reports, and documentation
• Update and manage Excel sheets for stock and sales data
• Perform design work (social media creatives, labels, tags, or packaging edits)
• Supervise inventory and coordinate with vendors and logistics partners
• Handle office errands, communication, and general administrative duties
• Support day-to-day operations and management tasks
