Engineering Manager - Python / Microservices Architecture

We are Geo Satellite Startup Company in Bangalore, India. And looking to expand Engineering Division in India.

We are looking an Engineering Manager who are from Startup's & interested in building, scaling and operating software platforms, which will scale to millions of daily transactions.

Position : Engineering Manager ( 50% hands on + 50% Process & People)

Location : Bangalore, India (all 5 days work from office)

Experience : 5 to 10 Yrs

Education : Bachelor & Master degree in business, engineering, or a related field

Compensation : 30 to 45 L.p.a

Requirements :

• At least 5 to 10 yrs of experience in building & delivering Products.
• Must be from startups & have led & managed small team of software Engineers
• Expertise in Python, PostgreSQL, API, Microservices & AWS is mandatory
• Must have Designed highly scalable, secure backend platforms for web and mobile
• Regularly communicate with stakeholders, project managers and other developers regarding progress on Technology roadmap.
• Building, scaling and operating software platforms to support products.
• Produce quality code, raising the bar for the whole team on quality and speed
• Optimize applications for minimum latency and high scalability
• Collaborating with the product managers & other team members to establish objectives
• Strong in Engineering Planning, Architecture & Design + Team Development
