Creative Designer - Brand & Socials

About Varalife We're a longevity-nutrition startup turning cutting-edge aging science into daily nutrition and diagnostic tools. Backed by the University of Hyderabad (Startup India) & Karnataka's Elevate program, we're a lean, high-ownership team pushing the frontiers of cellular health.

Role Description Create thumb-stopping creative that converts. You'll own our visual storytelling across social, performance marketing, and brand touchpoints – translating complex science into compelling visuals that drive engagement and sales. This is 70% execution, 30% creative strategy, working directly with founders to build a legendary longevity brand.

What you'll do

Performance & Social Creative (≈50%)

• Design static and motion assets for Meta / Google ads that balance scientific credibility with scroll-stopping appeal
• Create daily social content : posts, stories, reels graphics, and carousels that educate and engage
• Edit short-form videos and create motion graphics for performance campaigns
• Rapidly iterate designs based on CTR, CPM, and conversion data
• Build templated systems for quick creative variations and A / B testing
