Position : Epic MyChart Support Specialist
Location : Hyderabad, India
Experience : Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Availability : Immediate joiner (within 4–5 days)
Role Overview :
As a MyChart Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for patients and clinical staff using the Epic MyChart portal. You’ll provide high-quality technical and functional support, ensuring a smooth, secure, and positive user experience.
✨ Key Responsibilities :
- Provide first-level support for MyChart-related issues (login, access, functionality, etc.)
- Respond to patient and staff inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with empathy and accuracy
- Maintain comprehensive records of support interactions and resolutions
- Collaborate with clinical and IT teams to enhance user satisfaction
- Develop and update user documentation and FAQs
Required Qualifications :
Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support, US healthcare, or customer serviceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsFamiliarity with ticketing / documentation toolsBasic understanding of EHR systems (Epic experience preferred)Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilitiesBachelor’s or Associate degree preferredPreferred Qualifications :
Prior experience supporting Epic MyChartKnowledge of US healthcare workflows and HIPAA complianceStrong multitasking, time management, and customer service skillsCore Competencies :
