Decision Scientist

Work experience : 6-8 years

Domain Preferences : Financial services preferred, any other domain can be explored

Skill preferences : Product cross-sell strategy, Project management, Stakeholder management, Risk analytics, AI / ML predictive modelling

Technical preferences : SQL, Python, PySpark, experience working on Cloud platforms like GCP / AWS / Azure

Role & Responsibilities :

• The candidate will be a part of Cross-Sell Analytics & Data Science vertical working on building organization wide cross-sell programs across financial products
• They would work closely with various internal & external stakeholders to design Cross-Sell programs & GTM strategies
• They should demonstrate delivery both Business Analytics & Statistical Modelling solutions
• They should be able to articulate & present analytical solutions to senior management
• They should have a basic understanding of data engineering process, ETL, automations, & working on Cloud Data Platforms would be an added advantage
• They should manage expectations with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects
• They should be highly energetic & solution-oriented with a positive attitude towards solving any business problem
• They would be expected to guide and mentor a team of junior data analysts & scientists to deliver quality projects on a timely manner
