Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a High School Principal. The Principal will oversee the overall operations and management of the school, ensuring a high standard of teaching and learning. Responsibilities include fostering an enriching educational environment, leading curriculum development, managing school staff, enforcing policies, and maintaining positive relationships with students, parents, and the community. The Principal will also ensure compliance with educational regulations and promote academic and extracurricular excellence.

• Proven expertise in Curriculum Development and Education
• Demonstrated ability in Educational Leadership to inspire and manage a team effectively
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Master’s degree in Education or a related field, with relevant certifications
• Significant experience in a leadership role within the education sector
