Creative Animation Specialist

Job descriptionProficient in industry-standard tools : After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, Cinema4D / Blender. Able to work on storyboarding, illustration, motion graphics, character rigging & animation, transitions, and compositing. Strong understanding of visual storytelling, design principles, color theory, and sound integration. Experience in explainer videos for corporates, NGOs, development sector, or advertising is an advantage. Self-motivated, creative, and able to work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and produce explainer videos from script to delivery.
- Manage the entire animation pipeline, including storyboarding, illustration, animation, editing, sound design, and final output.
- Create 2D animations, motion graphics, typography, character animations, and visual effects as needed.
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand client needs and deliver compelling narratives.
- Stay updated on the latest animation trends, techniques, and software to enhance production quality.
