Role Overview As an HR Recruiter, you will manage end-to-end hiring for multiple clients across India. This role is perfect for candidates who are : Good at communication Passionate about recruitment Target and performance driven Ready to learn and grow fast You will undergo a structured 1-month training program in our Jaipur office, after which you can choose WFO or Remote work. Key Responsibilities 1. End-to-End Recruitment Understanding job descriptions & client requirements Sourcing candidates using Tallento.Ai database, LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job boards Screening and shortlisting relevant profiles Scheduling interviews with candidates & clients Following up until final selection and joining 2. Client Coordination Maintain communication with hiring managers Understand changes in job requirements Share timely updates & shortlisted profiles 3. Candidate Engagement Conduct telephonic interviews Counsel candidates on career opportunities Maintain relationship until joining Prevent dropouts and last-minute backouts 4. Reporting & Analytics Daily reporting of progress Maintaining trackers on CRM / ATS Achieving weekly & monthly targets 5. Performance-Based KPIs Daily sourcing targets Verified candidate submissions Interview-to-selection ratio Joining conversion rate Mandatory 1-Month Training (Jaipur Office) All selected candidates will undergo a compulsory 1-month onboarding & internship-style training at the Jaipur head office. Training Focus Areas Understanding Tallento.Ai's hiring process Complete ATS & CRM training Deep study of Education, IT, and Sales hiring Sourcing mastery (Boolean search, social recruiting, internal DB) Interviewing skills Reporting and daily workflow Closing and negotiation techniques After Training Candidates will be allotted : Work From Office (Jaipur / Noida) or Remote role (based on performance in training) Who Can Apply Freshers (with good communication) Graduates / Postgraduates MBA HR preferred but not mandatory Passionate about HR & recruitment Experienced (0–3 Years) Experience in HR, recruitment, sales hiring, tech hiring, or education hiring Experience in agency recruitment will be a plus Skills Required Strong communication & convincing abilities Basic knowledge of recruitment lifecycle Ability to work in a target-based environment Multitasking and time management Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets) Compensation & Growth During Training (1 Month) : Fixed Stipend + Performance Bonus Post Training : Fixed Salary (based on performance) Incentives for every closure Rapid career growth (Senior Recruiter → Team Lead → Manager)
