About the Role
We are looking for a Social Media Executive with a strong grasp of content creation, especially for Instagram , to drive the digital presence of Sotrue . This role will primarily focus on planning, creating, and executing engaging content that resonates with our female audience in the beauty, self-care and grooming categories.
Key Responsibilities
Create engaging, trendy, and brand-aligned content (static posts, reels, stories, etc.) for Sotrue’s Instagram page .
Collaborate with the design and marketing team to conceptualize campaigns and execute them seamlessly.
Stay updated on the latest Instagram trends, tools, and algorithm updates to optimize content performance.
Work with influencers, creators, and collaborators to amplify brand presence.
Monitor engagement, track performance metrics, and suggest improvements for better reach and engagement.
Ensure content reflects the brand voice and resonates with the modern, young female audience .
Requirements
2+ year of hands-on experience in social media content creation (preferably in beauty / personal care / lifestyle brands).
Strong understanding of Instagram features (Reels, Stories, Guides, etc.) and content trends.
Basic design and editing skills (Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator + video editing tools).
Creative mindset with the ability to come up with fresh content ideas.
Excellent communication skills and eye for detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
