We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager (Institutional Sales) to lead and manage sales operations across the South Zone for corporate, multispecialty, government, and institutional hospitals, as well as nursing homes. The role focuses on building strong relationships, driving revenue growth, and expanding market presence for the product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities :
- Drive sales and meet revenue targets across corporate hospitals, institutional or government hospitals, multispecialty hospitals, and nursing homes.
- Engage and build relationships with key stakeholders including gynecologists, diabetologists, intensivists, pediatricians, nursing staff, and other key influencers.
- Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with hospitals.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase brand awareness and product adoption within hospital networks.
- Lead and manage the South Zone institutional sales team, ensuring effective deployment of on-roll and off-roll sales resources.
- Oversee stock management and coordinate with hospital purchase departments.
- Educate and train hospital stakeholders on product offerings, ensuring effective product knowledge dissemination.
- Monitor and optimize team performance to ensure quality hospital coverage and achievement of sales targets.
