Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Creative Strategist to join our team in East of Kailash, New Delhi. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with creative execution, bringing fresh ideas that elevate brand storytelling, digital campaigns, and marketing initiatives. If you have experience in the jewellery or e-commerce industry, are fluent in Adobe Suite, and want to contribute to the creative direction of a growing premium brand—this role is for you. This is an immediate hiring requirement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative strategies that align with brand vision and marketing

goals.

  • Conceptualize and design engaging campaigns for digital platforms, social media,

    • website, and offline marketing.

  • Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand

    • storytelling.

  • Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) to

    • create high-quality visuals.

  • Research and analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behavior to

    • inspire creative concepts.

  • Ideate and produce innovative content including social media creatives, ad campaigns,

    • short videos, and brand narratives.

    Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.

  • Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining creative excellence.
  • Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions and pitch fresh, impactful ideas.

    • Qualifications

    Required :

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design, or related field.
  • Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience in a creative / strategic role (Jewellery or

    • E-commerce preferred).

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After

    • Effects, Lightroom).

  • Strong conceptual skills with an eye for design, storytelling, and branding.
  • Ability to think both creatively and strategically.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

    • Preferred :

  • Experience in jewellery / fashion / e-commerce branding.
  • Ability to translate market insights into creative ideas.
  • Passion for fashion, jewellery, and lifestyle branding.
