Performance Marketing Manager (2+ Year)

We are seeking an ambitious and data-driven Performance Marketing Manager with a minimum of 1 year of experience to drive our top-of-funnel efficiency and maximize Return on Investment (ROI) across all paid digital channels. You will be the engine of our acquisition efforts, ensuring every budget allocation delivers measurable, high-quality volume.

Key Responsibilities :

• Budget & Forecasting : Take ownership of the digital advertising budget, including detailed forecasting and daily budget pacing for all CPM-based campaigns.
• Campaign Execution : Primarily manage, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook / Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, etc.)
• Creative & Audience Management : Define, segment, and manage target audiences within ad platforms, and execute continuous A / B testing on ad creatives.
• Reporting & Insights : Establish meticulous tracking systems to monitor campaign and product performance data, generate comprehensive reporting, and create clear, actionable insights for leadership.
• Efficiency Driver : Focus relentlessly on optimizing Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and driving channel efficiency.
