Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Housekeeper / Assistant Manager Housekeeping, based in Bhopal. The role involves overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping and laundry departments, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas. Responsibilities include managing the housekeeping staff, training new employees, maintaining inventory and supplies, and ensuring high standards of customer service and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong organization skills and the ability to manage a team effectively
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience in training and supervising staff
• Knowledge of laundry management and housekeeping operations
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus
