Requirements
3–5 years IT support experience with Windows 10, macOS, Microsoft Office, and Windows OS deployment; strong networking basics. Experience supporting printers, AV systems, executive users, asset management, and reporting tools. Excellent customer service, communication, organization, multitasking, and documentation skills. Preferred : Experience in automotive manufacturing, MCP and / or A+ certifications, and background in help desk or call center environments.
