About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Administrator (3–8 Years Experience) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing software contracts, identifying non-standard terms, and ensuring data integrity between our systems and current agreements. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Review non-complex legal contracts and document non-standard terms and conditions.
- Identify contracts that do not align with legal and business standards.
- Participate in contract analysis and assist with special projects or departmental initiatives.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of contract data across systems.
- Escalate issues to management when necessary.
