Role Description

Hillwoods Academy is seeking a Vice Principal for a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. The Vice Principal will provide leadership in academic planning and implementation, manage day-to-day school operations, and ensure the well-being and development of students and faculty. Responsibilities include overseeing curriculum design, maintaining discipline, coordinating with parents and stakeholders, and supporting faculty development. The Vice Principal will also play a key role in implementing innovative educational strategies to uphold the academy’s standards of excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Academic Planning, Curriculum Development, and Teacher Training
• Strong Leadership, Organizational, and Communication skills
• Ability to manage Daily School Operations, Student Engagement, and Parent Relations
• Competence in Conflict Resolution, Discipline Management, and Team Coordination
• Educational qualifications : Master’s degree in Education or related field (Ph.D. preferred), with C.B.S.E. school experience being a strong advantage
• Passionate about education and student development with a commitment to fostering innovative learning
