Job Description :
This role focuses on supporting day-to-day HR and administrative work. The person will handle recruitment, coordination, and basic documentation tasks while staying in touch with candidates and companies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Employee recruitment and screening
- Manpower solution support and follow-ups
- Preparing and managing documentation
- Consulting and guiding candidates for enrolment
- Counselling applicants during the selection process
- Coordination and collaboration with partner companies
- Assisting in general HR and administrative tasks
Education Details :
Minimum qualification : Graduate in any streamPreferred : BBA, B.Com, BA, MBA (HR) or related fieldsBasic computer knowledge is requiredRequirements :
