Position Overview : -

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online presence and drive growth across all channels. You will own the entire digital marketing strategy — from planning to execution — while managing budgets, campaigns, and funnel performance.

Key Responsibilities : -

Digital Strategy & Execution

Lead and manage all digital marketing initiatives including SEO / SEM, email, social media, automation, and paid campaigns.

Performance & Optimisation

Track, analyse, and report campaign performance, optimise ROI, run A / B tests, and improve conversion rates.

Content & Engagement

Grow brand presence on social media, create high-performing landing pages, and enhance user experience.

Collaboration & Partnerships

Work with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to deliver impact marketing campaigns.

Innovation & Trends

Stay updated on new tools, technologies, and trends to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills

  • Digital Strategy & Campaign Management – planning, executing, and scaling campaigns across multiple channels
  • SEO & SEM – search engine optimization, keyword strategy, paid search campaigns
  • Social Media Marketing – organic and paid strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
  • Email & Marketing Automation – campaign design, drip sequences, nurturing funnels
  • Analytics & Reporting – ROI tracking, KPI measurement, funnel performance analysis
  • Content Marketing – creating and promoting engaging content that drives leads
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) – A / B testing, landing page optimization, user journey mapping
  • Project & Team Management – coordinating with internal teams, agencies, and vendors
  • Creative Thinking & Storytelling – ability to design compelling campaigns and messaging
  • Budget Management – planning and optimizing ad spend effectively

  • Email & Automation : HubSpot, Mailchimp, Active Campaign, Marketo, Zoho Campaigns
  • CRM & Funnels : HubSpot CRM, Salesforce, Zoho CRM
  • Design & Creative : Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma (good to have)
  • A / B Testing & CRO : Optimizely, Google Optimize (or alternatives), Hotjar, Crazy Egg
  • Project Collaboration : Asana, Trello, Jira, Slack
  • Other Essentials : Excel / Google Sheets (data analysis), WordPress (basic CMS knowledge), Shopify / WooCommerce (if e-commerce involved)

    Qualifications & Experience : -

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field (MBA a plus).
  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing with proven success across SEO, SEM, email, social, and performance marketing.
  • Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification preferred.
  • Strong expertise in analytics, conversion optimisation, and funnel building.
