Job Overview

We are seeking a Salesforce Data Cloud Developer to design, develop, and maintain advanced Salesforce Data Cloud solutions. The role focuses on integrating legacy systems, optimizing data ingestion, and delivering AI-driven, personalized mobile experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong Salesforce development skills, expertise in data integration, and solid knowledge of cloud technologies.

Key Initiatives

• Integrate legacy systems and databases with the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Streamline data ingestion processes between Salesforce Data Cloud and enterprise databases to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Leverage Salesforce Data Cloud to derive insights into customer behaviour, enabling personalized experiences.
• Implement AI-driven automation within Data Cloud to improve service delivery and customer engagement.
• Enhance mobile data strategies to support innovative mobile solutions.
• Work with Data Cloud connectors such as BigQuery and Google Cloud Storage (GCS).
• Hands-on experience with DLOs, DMOs, SQL, segmentation, and activation workflows.
• Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with Marketing Cloud for end-to-end campaign personalization.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Development

• Design, build, and deploy custom Salesforce Data Cloud applications tailored to business needs.

2. Integration

• Perform data integration and migration tasks ensuring accuracy and integrity across Salesforce and other systems.
• Configure Data Cloud connectors and APIs for seamless system interoperability.

3. Collaboration

• Partner with marketing, technical, and business teams to align solutions with organizational goals.

4. Documentation

• Maintain detailed documentation for processes, configurations, and user guides.

5. Testing & Quality Assurance

• Conduct testing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure optimal application reliability and scalability.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4 5 years in Salesforce ecosystem with 2 3 years hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud experience.
• Salesforce Data Cloud Certification (e.g., Data Cloud Consultant) Mandatory.
• Strong understanding of Data Cloud connectors (BigQuery, GCS).
• Proficiency in DLOs, DMOs, SQL, segmentation, and activation.
• Clear understanding of Data Cloud Marketing Cloud integration.
• Experience with API integration for legacy systems.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
