Job description

Key Roles and Responsibilities :

Expertise in UX dashboards, apps, internal products, line charts, pie charts, pre-graphs, geographical maps
Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that create intuitive user experiences
Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for various devices and interfaces
Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions
Make strategic design and UX decisions related to core and new functions and features
Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate designs
Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
Create personas through user research and data analysis
Find creative solutions for UX problems such as usability and findability
Collaborate with UI designers to implement attractive designs
Communicate design ideas and prototypes effectively to developers
Stay updated on competitor products and industry trends
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders

Requirements :

4+ years of UX design experience, preferably with complex digital solutions

Expertise in UX design software such as Sketch or Figma

Ability to understand detailed client requirements and design complete user experiences

Extensive knowledge of UX best practices, mobile-first, and responsive design

Strong grasp of user-centered design (UCD), user research, user testing, A / B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability, and accessibility

Efficient and intelligent iteration of designs and solutions

Experience in graphic design and social media collateral creation (preferred)

Keen eye for detail

Clear and effective communication of design processes, ideas, and solutions

Understanding of the importance of design thinking and user-centered design

Ability to synthesize abstract ideas into concrete design implications and work effectively in a team

Comfortable collaborating in distributed team settings and delivering design solutions for approval

Passionate about solving user pain points through design

Open to feedback and constructive criticism

Enthusiastic about UX, design innovation, and staying current with industry trends and technologies

Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills (a plus)

Experience handling B2C and e-commerce projects and clients
