We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Service Coordinator to manage service operations and support our field engineering team.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate breakdown & preventive maintenance service calls
• Schedule engineer visits across Delhi & NCR
• Maintain service reports, call logs & documentation
• Follow up with hospitals and healthcare clients
• Coordinate spare parts dispatch and tracking
• Ensure timely closure of service tickets

🎓 Qualification:

• Graduation / Diploma / Degree
• Preference for candidates with technical or healthcare background

✅ Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in service coordination / backend operations
• Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel & email communication
• Ability to handle multiple service calls efficiently
• Customer-oriented approach
