Shift Timing: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a seasoned and driven Tax Manager to join the Tax Team . This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in Indian taxation and accounting who also possess leadership capabilities and team management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage direct and indirect tax compliance activities including GST TDS income tax filings and assessments.

• Oversee monthly and annual tax reconciliations audits and financial reporting from a tax perspective.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders finance teams and external consultants to manage tax risks and ensure regulatory compliance.

• Stay updated with Indian tax regulations amendments and implications on business operations.

• Lead tax planning initiatives and identify opportunities for tax optimization.

• Supervise and mentor a small team ensuring high-quality deliverables and continuous development.

• Provide strategic tax advice to business leaders and contribute to business decisions from a tax and compliance viewpoint.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5 7 years of experience in Indian taxation and accounting

• Leadership: Proven experience as a people manager; ability to lead coach and guide team members

• Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) CMA or equivalent qualification preferred

• Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in tax tools and ERP systems (SAP preferred)

  • Experience handling audits and tax litigation processes is a plus
