Grow Your Staff is looking for a Senior US Accountant for a US-based independent board game publisher focused on developing interactive business stimulation games. This is a full-time remote position.
The role will have excellent growth opportunities. You will be directly working with the team based in the USA.
Experience required : 10+ years
Time : 5 : 30 pm IST - 2 : 30 am IST (Monday - Friday)
CTC : INR 15-20 LPA
Location : Remote

Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial operations, including bookkeeping, accounting, and compliance.
- Manage tax reporting and filings, ensuring compliance with US federal and state regulations.
- Calculate, report, and remit sales taxes and royalties.
- Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors for quarterly and yearly filings.
- Ensure accuracy of inventory, accounts payable, and accounts receivable records.
- Provide strategic financial insights to leadership.
