Location :
North India (with travel across Delhi NCR, UP, Haryana, Punjab, Uttarakhand, Madhya Pradesh)
Role Objective :
To establish, strengthen, and manage partnerships with Government departments, agencies, officials, and CSR / PSUs across North India for effective implementation and scaling of the Sri Sathya Sai Annapoorna Trust’s Morning Nutrition and allied initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Government Liaison & Relationship Management
- Build and sustain strong relationships with officials in PM Poshan, Midday Meal, Education, Women & Child Development, Health, Nutrition, and allied departments across the assigned states.
- Represent Annapoorna Trust at government meetings, workshops, and policy discussions.
2. Collaboration & Partnerships
Identify opportunities for Funding Collaborations, MoUs, tie-ups, and joint initiatives with state and central government departments.Coordinate with State Education Departments and local administrative bodies for smooth program rollout.3. Program Implementation Support
Facilitate approvals, clearances, and government support for implementation of Annapoorna’s nutrition programs.Act as a bridge between the Trust’s operations team and government bodies.4. Travel & Field Engagement
Daily travel across North Indian states for meetings with officials, site visits, and program reviews.Work closely with regional teams to align government engagement with on-ground operations.5. Additional Responsibility – CSR & PSU Partnerships
Engage with Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) and large corporates for CSR collaborations aligned with nutrition, health, and education.Work with government nodal officers to enable PSU–NGO partnerships through CSR allocations.Ensure alignment of CSR / PSU-supported projects with government priorities and Annapoorna Trust’s mission.Qualifications & Experience
Graduate / Postgraduate in Public Administration, Social Work, Development Studies, or relevant field.4–5 years of experience in Government relations, Public Policy, CSR, or Development sector (experience with nutrition / education / health programs preferred).Strong network with officials in Education, Women & Child Development, Health, and related departments in North India.Proven track record of handling MoUs, government collaborations, and policy advocacy.Excellent communication skills in English and HindiProposed Salary :
Around 50,000 per month (travel expense will be reimbursed as per policy)
