Role & responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls for insurance- related queries

Explain insurance products to customers and assist them in policy selection

Resolve customer concerns effectively and provide high- quality service

Convert leads into sales (in case of sales profile)

Maintain accurate call logs and CRM records

Meet performance targets and quality standards

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum qualification : 12th pass or Graduate

Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English

Strong interpersonal skills and convincing power

Customer- centric attitude and willingness to learn

Fresher or prior experience in sales / customer service / BPO preferred

Job Details

Location : Gurugram

Shift Timing : 10 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM

Working Days : 6 days a week

Week off : 1 rotational off
