Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Hubli / Bangalore. The Relationship Manager will handle day-to-day interactions with Farmer Collectives and other stakeholders within the agri value chain, focusing on fostering strong, cooperative relationships. Responsibilities include identifying and addressing the needs of Farmers Collectives, facilitating financial and technological solutions, working closely with the Agri Finance team, and ensuring the seamless implementation of agri commerce initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Expertise in relationship management and stakeholder engagement
• Experience in financial services, particularly in credit appraisal and risk management
• Knowledge of the agricultural sector, specifically within the Indian context
• Proficiency in the use of technology solutions to support agri value chains
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• A degree in Agriculture, Agri-Business Management, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Willingness to travel frequently
