Role Description :

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Executive, based at Eskay House, Eskay Resorts, Near Eksar Metro Station, Off Link Road, Borivali (West), Mumbai – 400091.

The HR Executive will assist in managing various human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance & payroll coordination, employee engagement, and HR documentation. The role is ideal for a motivated fresher or early-career professional who wishes to grow within a structured and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Support the end-to-end recruitment process — job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.

Maintain employee records and ensure timely updates in HR systems.

Assist in attendance, leave tracking, and payroll coordination.

Prepare HR letters, maintain employee files, and handle basic compliance documentation.

Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication activities.

Coordinate with departments for HR-related queries and administrative support.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Human Resources, Commerce, or Business Administration.

0–2 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist role.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and HR documentation.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
