Roles and Responsibilities

Excellent knowledge and proven past experience in WordPress

Facilitating connection between databases and WordPress components

Knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5, and jQuery.

Knowledge of code versioning tools including Git, Mercurial, and SVN.

Experience working with debugging tools such as Chrome Inspector and Firebug.

Good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics and ability to project manage independently.

Meeting with respective authority to discuss website design and function.

Knowledge of custom theme development, plugin integration & development, managing the website back-end including database and server integration.

Troubleshooting web seed issues, monitoring the performance of the live website.

Developing new backend features and plugins, custom functionality, theme integration, theme development and plug-in development

developing and maintaining complex WordPress applications

API Development & Integration

In-depth understanding of performance and security in WordPress

Developing / modifying custom WordPress / Woo-Commerce themes and plugins.

In depth knowledge of PHP, MYSQL, JS (jQuery), CSS, and HTML.

Good understanding of version control like git, Git workflow with CI / CD.

Knowledge of JavaScript Framework like jQuery or React, WPRest API and WPCLI.
