Performance Marketing (D2C)
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other paid platforms.
- Own and improve performance metrics — CTR, CVR, CAC, ROAS, and AOV.
- Run continuous A / B testing on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages.
- Collaborate with design and product teams for conversion funnel optimization on Shopify.
- Implement remarketing and audience segmentation strategies to boost repeat purchases. Marketplace Performance (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
- Manage and optimize Amazon Sponsored Ads, Display Campaigns, and Flipkart Ads.
- Track and improve key metrics — TACoS, CVR, CTR, and Buy Box %.
- Work closely with category and operations teams on catalog hygiene, keyword optimization, pricing, and deals.
- Plan and execute sale campaigns, visibility programs, and brand promotions. Analytics & Reporting
- Build and maintain weekly / monthly dashboards using GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Amazon Ads Console, and internal reports.
- Analyze campaign performance, highlight insights, and share actionable recommendations.
- Deep-dive into user journeys and identify drop-off points to improve funnel efficiency. CRM, Retention & SEO
- Support CRM and lifecycle marketing via email, WhatsApp, and SMS campaigns.
- Monitor open rates, repeat purchase rates, and campaign conversions.
- Coordinate basic SEO efforts to drive organic traffic growth. Coordination & Execution
- Liaise with creative, content, and marketplace teams for campaign alignment.
- Manage agency partners / freelancers where required.
- Execute monthly marketing calendars aligned to brand campaigns, new launches, and sale events.
