UX Lead - Human Computer Interaction

About the Role :

We are looking for a Creative and Strategic UX Lead to drive the design vision for next-generation AI-powered applications and platforms. This role requires a unique blend of human-centered design thinking, technical fluency, and the ability to simplify complex AI-driven workflows into intuitive user experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teamsincluding AI engineers, product managers, and developersto deliver scalable, accessible, and engaging experiences that enhance how users interact with intelligent systems.

As a UX Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping our design language, defining UX best practices for AI systems, and ensuring that AI explainability, trust, and usability are at the core of our products.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end UX strategy and execution for AI-powered applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and design systems to deliver user-friendly interfaces for complex AI workflows.
• Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, A / B testing, usability studies) to understand needs and validate design decisions.
• Champion accessibility and inclusive design, ensuring compliance with WCAG and ARIA standards.
• Collaborate with front-end developers (React / Angular, HTML, CSS, JS) to translate designs into functional products.
• Integrate Explainable AI (XAI) principles into designs, ensuring transparency and trust in AI-driven outputs.
• Build and manage design guidelines, component libraries, and UX frameworks for consistency across platforms.
• Present design concepts and usability findings to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with product and business goals.
• Mentor junior designers, promoting a culture of design thinking, innovation, and collaboration.
• Continuously stay updated with emerging trends in AI UX, conversational interfaces, and design technologies.
