Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager (B2B) specializing in Kluber Specialty Lubricants. Based in Ludhiana, the Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing B2B sales opportunities, growing existing client relationships, and managing end-to-end sales processes. Responsibilities include preparing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, conducting client presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent post-sales support. The role involves direct collaboration with technical teams to provide tailored industrial lubricant solutions that meet client needs.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales skills in B2B environments, including sales planning, lead generation, client relationship management, and meeting sales targets.
  • Strong technical knowledge of industrial lubricants and related products, along with the ability to understand and address client requirements.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with CRM tools and sales management software.
  • Ability to work on-site in Ludhiana and willingness to travel for client meetings, as required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in industrial solutions or lubricants is considered an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
