About Satlights

Satlights is a Swiss based company reimagining how startups hire engineers, designers, and marketers. We are launching a first of its kind matchmaking engine for founders, that helps founder cut down weeks in time in sourcing talent for growing needs at a startup level cost. We want to redefine industry standards for hiring. This is not just another AI matchmaking solution.

The Role

We're looking for Marketing Interns who can help us drive adoption through low-ticket, impulse-style outreach (₹99 / ₹199 entry offers). You'll be working directly with the founders, running experiments, and seeing immediate impact on customer growth.

Responsibilities

Build & manage prospect lists across industries using tools like ListKit, Saleshandy, etc.
Run cold outreach campaigns (emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp).
Test multiple value props and subject lines to drive adoption.
Track campaign performance and share actionable insights.
Support website copy, social content, and landing page CTAs.

Requirements

Strong communication skills (English, concise copywriting a plus).

Hustle mindse, bias for action, willing to test, adapt, iterate fast.

Interest in B2B SaaS, HR-tech, or growth marketing.

Comfortable working in ambiguity at a 0→1 stage startup.

Basic knowledge of outreach tools (Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, ListKit) is a plus.

Compensation

₹10k–₹20k / month stipend depending on performance in the first month.
