We are seeking researchers and editors capable of providing in-depth assessments of academic manuscripts (similar to journal peer reviews).
Content Development
Leverage scientific expertise to write, proofread, and fact-check data under the guidance of subject matter leads. Develop high-quality, client-ready scientific, medical, and educational materials—including slides, abstracts, posters, manuscripts, MSL / training slide decks, infographics, congress and meeting materials, literature searches and reviews, standard response letters / medical information letters, and HCP engagement content—while ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
Manuscript Polishing
- Language Enhancement : Optimize academic and scientific texts to meet standard scientific English conventions. Improve grammar, punctuation, clarity, conciseness, and logical flow while preserving the author’s intended meaning. Ensure the language is suitable for a global academic audience and aligns with formal scientific writing standards.
- Formatting Adjustments : Adapt manuscripts to journal-specific requirements, implementing guidelines related to structure, layout, reference formatting, abbreviations, units of measure, and other stylistic elements. Ensure consistency across the main text, tables, figures, and supplementary materials based on internal style guides or individual journal criteria.
- Document Metadata Verification : Use specialized software to cross-verify references and other metadata. Review in-text citations, reference lists, author affiliations, figure / table labels, and other bibliographic details to ensure accuracy and completeness of academic referencing.
Qualifications
Experience as an invited peer reviewer for journals or as a journal editor (mandatory).Published academic papers as first author or corresponding author (mandatory).PhD / MD in Engineering with PhD or a related field.
