Job descriptionMeet individual and showroom sales targets. Upsell and cross-sell jewellery items and collections. Participate in promotional campaigns, festive sales, and events. Maintain deep knowledge of gold, diamond, platinum, and other jewellery collections. Stay updated on new arrivals, offers, purity standards, and hallmarking details. Educate customers about certification, making charges, and care instructions. Strong communication (Hindi & English, local language preferred) Polite, customer-friendly attitude Basic computer and billing software knowledge Good presentation and grooming Team player and target-oriented mindset Education : Minimum Graduate (any stream). Experience : 1–3 years in retail / luxury / jewellery / fashion sales preferred.
