Experience : 2 to 4 years
- Customer presentations, Initial sales pitch to potential customers.
- Business development into It Service is mandatory.
- Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow-up on leads assigned.
- Process the Revenue generation by following Cold calling, Follow-ups frequently.
- Lead generation and opportunity handling.
- Market analysis.
- Competitor analysis.
- Develop marketing and growth strategy and workforce planning.
- Have good knowledge in engineering services and its application.
- Preparation of customer presentations.
- Ability to learn the engineering process and convince customers about the value proposition.
- Drive operational excellence program centrally for all the locations.
- Continuously improves & develops technical competency development programs & methods.
- Quality process and Quality assurance shall be added advantage.
- Takes into consideration the training feedback to further improve performance.
- Maintains technical training database (videos, programs, materials, documents). We don't need superheroes, just super minds
- Specialization in Business Development, MIS, Business presentations, Customer Relationship Management, Offer Making etc.
- Should have excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to multitask.
