Job Description :

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the complete sales and marketing lifecycle, spanning from generating new inquiries to finalizing orders for imported products such as Vacuum Evaporators, ZLD Systems, filtration media, etc.

In addition to utilizing the company-provided database, the candidate should possess self-motivation to actively engage in the market, fostering lead generation, and nurturing relationships across diverse industries, including Pharma, Textile, Automotive, Die Casting, Chemical, etc. Cultivating and sustaining positive connections with consultants will be an additional responsibility.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Engaging with Government Officials and technical experts.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships within the designated industry.
  • Spearheading the company's presence and steering sales activities in the assigned geography.
  • Offering pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
  • Generating leads, comprehending client requirements, liaising with overseas partners, and submitting proposals.
  • Conducting negotiations and successfully closing sales deals.
  • Delivering technical presentations showcasing how products meet client needs.
  • Preparing reports for the head office.
  • Supporting marketing efforts by participating in trade shows, conferences, and other events.
  • Recording and managing client contact data.
  • Traveling as needed across Pan India.

Requirements :

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering; a Management degree in marketing and sales is a plus.
  • Own conveyance is preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience, with preference given to those with prior experience in European / Scandinavian companies.
  • Preferred candidates should have expertise in specific products and industries such as Chiller, Cooling Tower, Dryer, Boiler, Evaporator, ETP, WTP, FRP, RO Plant, DM Plant, MVR, MEE sales, etc.
  • We are seeking professionals from the Water Management Industry with experience in Wastewater management, Drinking Water management, and Bio-filtration. A B.Tech or B.Sc with a Master's in Management is acceptable. Strong communication skills are essential, and experience working with Municipalities, State, and Central level water works departments is a plus.
