What You’ll Do

Manage end-to-end recruitment : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

Develop and implement HR policies aligned with organizational goals

Handle employee engagement, grievance management, and performance reviews

Maintain HR records, payroll coordination, and compliance with labor laws

Partner with leadership to foster a positive workplace culture

What You Bring

2+ years of experience in HR recruitment and generalist roles

Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor regulations, and employee relations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment

A collaborative mindset with problem-solving abilities
