1. Existing Client Relationship Management
Manage and review existing client investment portfolios.Conduct portfolio analysis and make necessary adjustments.Drive additional business from existing clients across financial services including Mutual Funds, Stocks, Loans, Insurance (General & Term), Estate Planning, and Tax Planning.Create and enforce financial goal plans to meet clients’ long-term objectives.2. New Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Acquire new clients through : ○ Financial Awareness Programs ○ Referrals from existing clients ○ Social media leads ○ Internal acquisition team leads ○ Other external sourcesConduct financial planning and analysis for new clients.Build long-term relationships through periodic portfolio reviews, market discussions, and product recommendations.3. Sales & Business Development
This is a sales-driven role with KRAs directly linked to revenue generation.Onboard prospects from your own business book / network.Cross-sell financial instruments based on client needs.Utilize corporate networks to organize financial awareness sessions.4. Additional Responsibilities
Conduct initial portfolio screening for prospective clients.Maintain and update MIS reports.Present periodic performance reviews and achievements.Candidate Profile
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build long-term client relationships.In-depth knowledge of the Mutual Fund Industry, Capital Market, and profitability drivers.
