Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist, located in Mumbai. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, hiring, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the company. Additionally, the role involves coordinating recruiting efforts, maintaining communication with candidates, conducting initial screenings, and providing training for new hires. The specialist will also collaborate with hiring managers and ensure that all recruitment processes are conducted efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience in Hiring and Interviewing candidates
• Strong Recruiting and Training skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Good organisational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Tarapur
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in the healthcare or diagnostics industry is a plus
