Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven HR Analyst with 2-3 years of professional experience to join our client. The successful candidate will play a critical role in strategic projects, enhancing employee engagement, and providing direct support to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
Key Responsibilities :
1. HR Scorecard and Strategic Analytics Support (CHRO Focus)
- Develop and Maintain the HR Scorecard : Design, implement, and maintain the organization's HR Scorecard, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as turnover, engagement, diversity metrics, cost-per-hire, and training efficacy.
- Data Analysis and Reporting : Conduct deep-dive analysis on HR data to identify trends, root causes, and forecasting risks. Prepare executive-level presentations and reports for the CHRO and senior leadership.
- Process Improvement : Recommend improvements to HR processes and systems based on analytical findings to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
2. Employee Engagement and Experience
Culture Initiatives : Support the design and execution of company-wide culture and employee recognition programs.3. HR Project Management
Project Leadership : Manage end-to-end implementation of various strategic HR projects, which may include new performance management systems, talent development frameworks, or global HR policy rollouts.Stakeholder Management : Coordinate project activities across HR functions (Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development) and with IT / Finance departments.4. Talent Acquisition and Hiring Support
Recruitment Metrics : Analyze recruitment data (source of hire, time-to-fill, quality of hire) to optimize hiring channels and processes.Campus Relations : Support strategic campus recruitment initiatives, leveraging your network and experience from a top-tier business school to attract high-potential talent esp old IIMsQualifications :
Education : Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resources from a top-tier business school is required.Experience : 2-3 years of professional experience in an HR, HR Analyst, or HR Consulting role, preferably within a large, fast-paced organization.
