Job Title : HR System Administration

Date : 8th Nov, Saturday

Timings : 10 : 00 AM – 12 : 30 PM IST

Venue : Tata Consultancy Services Ltd, Olympus A, Security Block, Hiranandani Estate, Patlipada, Thane West, Pin code - 400607

Shift : Should be comfortable with Night Shift & 24x7 Rotational Support. Work from Office only.

Experience Required : 1–5 years

Employment Type : Full-Time

  • Eligibility :

  • Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3), Non-Technical, Human resource stream preferred.
  • Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts
  • Position Overview :

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient HR Systems Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our Human Resources Information System (HRIS). The ideal candidate will ensure the accuracy, security, and efficiency of HR data, support system users, and collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement system enhancements that align with organizational needs.

    Skills Required –

  • 1–5 years of HR systems administration / HR operations experience.
  • Proficiency in reporting, data analysis, and system troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and data security compliance standards.
  • Ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements.
  • Bachelor’s degree - Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience administering HRIS or HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data management.
  • Proficiency in database management, reporting tools, and MS Office Suite (Excel, Access, etc.).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Role Responsibilities –

  • Administer daily operations supporting requests and inquiries submitted to the HR organization, including employment verifications, onboarding, time and leave, policies and procedures, and other simple and complex requests that may require research and follow-up for resolution
  • Administer daily operations of the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Conduct regular audits to verify data accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Manage user access, permissions, and role-based security settings.
  • Implement system updates, patches, and new features in collaboration with IT and vendor support.
  • Customize and configure HRIS modules to support HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, performance management, and reporting.
  • Provide end-user support, troubleshooting issues, and resolving system problems promptly.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for HR staff and other system users.
  • Generate standard and custom reports to facilitate HR decision-making.
  • Analyze data trends and provide insights to HR leadership
  • Participate in system upgrade projects, testing, and documentation.
  • Ensure HR data management complies with GDPR, and other relevant regulations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive employee information.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
