Job Title : Full Stack Developer (Golang + React.js)

Location : Pune (Hybrid / On-site)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic engineering team at Datamotive. In this role, you will work on cutting-edge solutions in cloud workload mobility, disaster recovery, and data protection. If you're experienced in Golang for backend and React.js for frontend, and eager to solve real-world cloud-native challenges, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable and robust backend services using Golang.
Build dynamic and responsive UI components using React.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript / TypeScript.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful product features.
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile ceremonies.
Ensure application performance, security, and responsiveness.
Write clean, testable, and maintainable code (unit, integration, and E2E testing).
Simulate real-world use cases to test features across VMware, AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
Support customer engagements via product demos, training, and knowledge transfers.
Create and maintain technical documentation and marketing collateral like blogs and webinars.

Technical Skills Required

3–6 years of experience in software development with exposure to distributed system design.

Proficiency in Golang (primary backend) and React.js (primary frontend).

Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration.

Hands-on experience with at least one major public cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) or VMware.

Understanding of data protection, disaster recovery, and cloud mobility domains.

Experience with microservices architecture, SaaS applications, and infrastructure automation.

Familiarity with scripting or additional languages like Python, C / C++, Shell scripting is a plus.

Strong fundamentals in computer science, problem-solving, and system design.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

Exposure to Kubernetes, containerization, and cloud-native tooling.

Prior experience working in product-based or cloud infrastructure companies.
