🚀 What You’ll Do

• Assist in  recruitment  – posting job ads, screening resumes, coordinating interviews.
• Support smooth  onboarding  of new hires (docs, induction, buddy programs).
• Maintain & update  HR records and databases .
• Help design and execute  employee engagement activities .
• Assist in  policy documentation  and HR compliance.
• Collaborate with different teams to keep our people operations running smoothly.
