Job description

Role : Senior Video Editor – NIAT

Purpose : Transform campus event footage, testimonials, reels, and regional content into cinematic, emotionally engaging, and brand-consistent stories.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Edit event films, testimonials, podcasts, reels, vlogs, and montages.
  • Craft compelling, emotionally resonant narratives with strong rhythm and pacing.
  • Maintain visual and brand consistency across regional content.
  • Collaborate with cinematographers, producers, and motion designers for context, graphics, and transitions.
  • Follow proper project structure, file naming, and delivery standards.
  • Receive mentorship and feedback from senior editors and creative leads.

Requirements :

  • 3–5 years of experience in branded content / digital storytelling / regional campaigns.
  • Expertise in Premiere Pro (plus for After Effects / DaVinci Resolve).
  • Strong narrative sense, music sync, and montage skills.
  • Basic sound mixing and color grading skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
