Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tourism Specialist located in Nashik. The Tourism Specialist will be responsible for planning and promoting travel packages, assisting clients with their travel inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. The role also includes selling tourism products, maintaining knowledge of popular travel destinations, and supporting marketing efforts to attract new clients.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Knowledge and experience in Travel & Tourism
• Sales and Marketing expertise
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Proficiency in using travel management tools and software (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Marketing, or a related field (advantageous)
• Flexibility to adapt to client requirements and travel industry trends
