Data Intelligence Analyst

EF&T is Telecommunications and ICT Services company a subsidiary of Australian based company Efiniti Telecommunications Services Ltd - a trusted name in the Telecommunications and ICT sector since 2006.

We are looking for a Data Intelligence Analyst to join our team as we continue expanding our ICT services. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting internal teams with accurate data insights, managing reporting processes, and ensuring data quality. You will play a key part in analysing, cleaning, and interpreting data to support business decisions and operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, clean, and process data from primary and secondary sources to ensure accuracy and usability.
• Analyse and interpret data using standard statistical tools and techniques to support decision-making.
• Respond to internal data requests and perform daily data processing and reporting tasks.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance and operational reports, including KPIs, service indicators, and invoice reports.
• Perform data extraction, manipulation, and validation from multiple databases and third-party platforms.
• Manage database access roles and ensure data security protocols are followed.
• Maintain and update backend databases, ensuring consistency and reliability.
• Prepare ad-hoc data queries, data usage checks, and special-purpose data reports as required.
• Support process improvement initiatives by identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities through data insights.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable data reports.
